Instructors provide you with in-depth orientations to process improvement models and methods and a combination of instructors and consultants guide you through the implementation and optimization of your own unique process improvement journey. The courses provide rigorous, SEI-Authorized introductions to the CMMI, CMU-licensed introductions to eSCM-SP, and a range of appraisal training options that prepare you to effectively apply model principles on an appraisal team.
