The goal-driven measurement method is made up of ten steps for defining measures aligned with an organization’s business processes. Participants learn how to translate high-level business goals into concrete measurements that have a direct correlation to business success. Participants use metrics defined in the class to develop action plans for metrics deployment. Graduates of the course are equipped to spearhead measurement activities in the context of a process improvement program.
