SCAMPI (Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement)

ISD is licensed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) to conduct SCAMPI appraisals. We maintain a staff of SEI-authorized Lead Appraisers ready to assist you in attaining the formal, internationally recognized benchmark ratings you need to compete.

CAM

The Comprehensive Appraisal Method (CAM) is ISD’s own method for performing appraisals. CAM can be fully tailored to meet the entire range of Class A, B and C requirements defined in SEI’s Appraisal Requirements for CMMI (ARC, v.1.1) and the CMM Appraisal Framework (CAF, v.1.0). While SCAMPI is limited to use with the CMMI, CAM can be applied to gauge compliance against any reference model. CAM may be used with the CMMI and numerous other models and standards (e.g., FAA iCMM). It can be implemented to satisfy any business or appraisal purpose including process improvement, source selection or performance monitoring.

Used to determine the process capability of an organization, CAM v.1.1 will guide you toward better business decisions, improved performance, and more efficient process implementation.
